The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is currently seeking a highly qualified ICT Officer (ERP HCM & Digital Transformation) to join its headquarters in the beautiful global hub of Geneva, Switzerland. This crucial role is designed for technology leaders capable of driving complex, enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives within a multinational framework.
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
As an ICT Officer, you will manage, optimize, and streamline the IOM’s global Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. Your primary mission will be to align business strategy with modern tech solutions. This position requires hands-on experience in ERP Implementation Services, cross-departmental collaboration, and business process outsourcing strategy to help scale global operations seamlessly.
Key Candidate Requirements
- Education: Advanced university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of progressive experience managing large-scale ERP HCM deployments (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Technical Skills: Proven track record in digital transformation, legacy migration, and system architecture design.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in English is mandatory. Working knowledge of German (Deutsch) or Arabic (العربية) is highly advantageous.
