We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle Financial ERP Implementation Lead to oversee a multi-phase system rollout for a major multinational client based in Geneva, Switzerland. Key Responsibilities
As the Lead Consultant, you will design, configure, and deploy Oracle Financials Cloud solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial modules—including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management—with local compliance laws and global corporate standards.
- Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation lifecycles.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

- Provide expert-level post-implementation support and optimization strategies.
Job Requirements
To qualify for this high-impact position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- At least 8 years of proven experience in Oracle Financials ERP implementations (preferably Oracle Cloud/Fusion).
- Strong background in Swiss and European financial regulations and tax compliance.
- Fluent in English, with professional proficiency in German or French being a massive advantage.
