ProFound People is currently seeking an experienced Process & Quality Engineer specializing in Lean & Six Sigma Manufacturing for an exciting opportunity in South Australia. This critical role focuses on optimizing operations, reducing waste, and implementing robust quality control systems to elevate manufacturing excellence across the facility.
Role & Requirements (English)
To succeed in this role, you must bring a strong background in a continuous improvement environment. Key requirements include:
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or Green Belt with proven project delivery.
- Hands-on experience in implementing a Lean Operations Strategy and value stream mapping.
- Proficiency with Supply Chain Management Software and ERP Implementation.
- Strong leadership skills to conduct local Operations Management Training.
