They are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Customs and Transport Leader (Projektleiter für Zoll und Transport / قائإ إارة البضائع والإفراج الجمركي) to manage end-to-end import, export, and distribution workflows. This role is crucial for keeping Cairo's massive transportation infrastructure projects moving forward efficiently without delays.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Logistics and Distribution Management: Supervise all international shipping processes, freight forwarding contracts, and local customs clearance.
- Compliance & Customs: Ensure strict adherence to Egyptian customs regulations, trade compliance, and international shipping laws.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with local authorities, port officials, and internal supply chain teams to optimize lead times.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in operations management or Lean strategies are highly valued.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic and German is a significant advantage.
