We are currently looking for a skilled Project Leader in External Manufacturing with a strong background in Lean & Six Sigma methodologies to join our team in Rotkreuz, Switzerland. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, streamlining supply chain strategies, and managing strategic business process outsourcing.
The Role & Strategic Importance
In this position, you will oversee key external manufacturing operations, ensuring that external partners align with our strict quality and efficiency standards. Utilizing your Lean Operations Strategy and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification principles, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives, eliminate process waste, and optimize logistics and distribution workflows. This role acts as the critical bridge between our internal planning teams and external vendors.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in managing external manufacturing or contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs).
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).
- Solid understanding of supply chain management software, ERP implementation services, and logistics.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a strong asset for daily operations in Rotkreuz.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
