- Certification: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strictly required.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years managing large-scale ERP implementation services (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and cloud integration projects.
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Operations Strategy. Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a major plus.
- Communication: Fluent in English. Ability to communicate complex architectural shifts to executive stakeholders. German or Arabic language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
