Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the execution of a comprehensive Lean Operations Strategy. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional process improvement projects, utilizing advanced DMAIC methodologies, and aligning local efforts with global supply chain goals. Additionally, you will oversee Operations Management Training to upskill teams and foster a high-performance mindset across the facility.
Job Requirements
- Certification: Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing, logistics, or corporate environments.
- Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of analyzing workflows and integrating system-wide improvements, including familiarity with ERP Implementation Services and modern Supply Chain Management Software.
- Leadership: Outstanding coaching ability to mentor Green Belts and Yellow Belts, helping them develop their process optimization skills.
- Language: Strong command of English. Conversational skills in German or Arabic are highly valued due to our international supplier network.
