Randstad Canada is actively seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity GRC Analyst & Security Specialist to join a dynamic team in Toronto. In this highly critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's information security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional IT and business leaders to ensure that all digital infrastructure remains secure, compliant, and resilient against evolving global threats.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements (English)
As a Senior Specialist, your daily activities will focus on bridging the gap between technical security measures and corporate governance. Key requirements include:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in a dedicated Cybersecurity GRC or IT Audit role.
- Frameworks: Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-53, SOC 2, and COBIT.
- Education/Certifications: University degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or CISM are highly valued.
- Asset Skills: Familiarity with secure ERP implementation services and supply chain management software integrations.
