Role Overview & Key Requirements
As a Senior ERP Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise resource planning deployments. You will bridge the gap between technical teams, supply chain logistics, and executive stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience managing large-scale ERP projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Certifications: A PMP certification is highly desirable and carries a significant salary impact for this senior tier. Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Operations Strategy experience is a major advantage.
- Skills: Deep understanding of fleet management solutions, business process outsourcing, and logistics and distribution management.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Arabic or German is highly beneficial for stakeholder communication.
