Cohere is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join their GPU Infrastructure (HPC) team. This remote role, open to candidates in the United States and Canada, offers a unique opportunity to build high-performance computing platforms powering advanced machine learning and AI applications.

- Design, build, and optimize large-scale GPU clusters for AI model training and inference.
- Improve system reliability and performance in high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
- Collaborate closely with machine learning researchers to build robust infrastructure.

- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Go.
- Deep understanding of GPU architecture (NVIDIA CUDA, ROCm) and cluster orchestration.
- Experience with HPC schedulers like Slurm or Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities in German or Arabic are highly valued.
