This position is critical for bridging the gap between legacy database systems and modern ERP implementation services.
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the data mapping, validation, and migration strategies for our enterprise clients. You will work closely with supply chain management software teams and operations managers to ensure zero data loss during high-stakes cutovers.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years as a Technical Business Analyst focusing on ERP data migration.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data mapping tools.
- ERP Systems: Hands-on experience with major systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Operations: Understanding of Lean operations strategy or Six Sigma methodologies is a major asset.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of German or Arabic is an asset for international client coordination).
