Stellenanforderungen / Job Requirements
To be successful in this challenging role, candidates must demonstrate a strong background in cross-functional project management and life sciences:
- Education & Certifications: Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a business-related field. PMP certification or Six Sigma Black Belt is highly desirable.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years managing complex, multi-site projects within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
- Key Skills: In-depth knowledge of global regulatory standards, medical device compliance, and agile product development. Strong fluency in English is required; German language skills are a significant advantage.
