We are currently seeking an experienced, high-caliber Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale our boutique executive search firm based in London, offering a flexible hybrid working structure. This pivotal leadership role is designed for a strategic thinker who can optimize business workflows, drive operational efficiency, and implement robust growth frameworks within the professional services sector.
The Role & Key Responsibilities
As the COO, you will oversee daily business operations, implement scalable business processes, and align our delivery models with global standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing lean operations strategies and managing organizational workflows.
- Overseeing finance, HR, and technology systems (including executive database management).
- Designing training programs to upskill recruitment and operations management teams.
- Fostering cross-border collaboration across European and Middle Eastern markets.
Requirements / Anforderungen / المتطلبات
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a strong track record in professional services management:
- EN: Proven experience as an Operations Director or COO, preferably within executive search, recruitment agencies, or professional consulting. Strong understanding of business process outsourcing (BPO) and client delivery.
