Stellenanforderungen (Requirements in German)
Als deutschsprachiger Kundenberater bei Foundever sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für Kundenanfragen und bieten erstklassigen Support. Zu den wichtigsten Voraussetzungen gehören:
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau C1 in Wort und Schrift).
- Gute Englischkenntnisse zur internen Kommunikation.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
- Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Callcenter-Bereich ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb.
