Chudleigh's Bakery in Milton, Canada is currently seeking a highly skilled Lean Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement, optimize operational efficiency, and implement robust Lean Operations Strategies across their production lines. To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a strong track record in operational management and lean principles. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience managing Lean transformations, ideally in a food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
- Skills: Deep understanding of Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen events, and root-cause analysis. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
