- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience leading a PMO or managing enterprise-level ERP implementations and logistics operations.
- Languages: Working proficiency in English and German is mandatory. Arabic language skills are a valuable asset for global coordination.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Lean Operations Strategy, process mapping, and project management tools.
