Inspirus Consulting is expanding its operations management and business process optimization division. We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt to join our remote team in the USA. In this highly strategic role, you will lead complex enterprise-wide lean operations strategies, drive high-impact ERP implementation services, and mentor our upcoming leaders. This is a fully remote position offering a highly competitive compensation package and the unique opportunity to directly reshape how modern enterprises scale their logistics, distribution, and outsourcing operations.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a deep understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and a proven track record of execution. The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- Certification: An active Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification from a globally recognized institution.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience managing complex business process outsourcing, fleet management solutions, and logistics and distribution management projects.
- Leadership: Proven capability in delivering operations management training and mentoring Black Belts and Green Belts.
- Technical Acumen: Strong experience overseeing ERP implementation services and integrating advanced supply chain management software.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and drive organizational change remotely.
