Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the design and execution of a comprehensive Lean Operations Strategy. You will facilitate Kaizen events, map value streams, and mentor cross-functional teams to build a robust culture of continuous improvement. By leveraging advanced data analysis, you will directly influence operational efficiency, safety standards, and project delivery timelines.
Job Requirements
- Active Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading operational excellence or continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing, heavy engineering, or logistics.
- Strong proficiency in root cause analysis, statistical process control, and 5S methodology.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
