Job Requirements / Anforderungen / المتطلبات
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience: Proven track record in lean manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management software environments.
- Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in change management, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities in German or Arabic are a plus.
