As an Executive Search Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for executive-level positions. This includes:
- Client Consultation: Partnering with global clients to understand their strategic hiring needs and operational goals.
- Talent Mapping: Utilizing advanced sourcing methodologies to identify top talent, including specialists in high-paying remote software jobs and Six Sigma operations.
- Candidate Assessment: Conducting rigorous interviews and competency assessments.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive search firms or specialized high-level tech recruitment agencies.
