Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Search Consultant in London, you will work closely with C-suite executives, investment banks, and private equity firms across the UK and internationally. Key duties include:
- Sourcing and headhunting senior finance leadership candidates.
- Managing full-cycle executive search projects from initial client pitch to final placement.
- Building long-term strategic relationships with financial leaders and major corporate clients.
- Conducting deep market research and talent mapping in private equity, asset management, and corporate finance.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of recruitment experience, executive search background, or a strong financial services foundation.
