Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will operate at the top of the talent market, handling senior legal appointments including partners, general counsel, and practice group leads across London, Europe, and international markets.
- Conduct strategic market mapping and headhunting for niche legal skill sets.
- Manage end-to-end client searches, from pitch preparation to final fee negotiation.

Candidate Requirements
