Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a freelance agent, you will be the direct link between the brand and its German-speaking customer base. Your daily tasks will include answering inbound customer queries, resolving issues via phone, email, or chat, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Anforderungen (Requirements)
- Sprachkenntnisse: Fließendes Deutsch (C1/C2 Niveau) in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Ausrüstung: Ein zuverlässiger Computer, ein stabiler Highspeed-Internetanschluss und ein geräuschunterdrückendes Headset.
- Erfahrung: Erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice, Call Center oder Support sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
- Fähigkeiten: Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
