Voi, the leading European micro-mobility operator, is currently seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Fleet Management (UK&I) to lead its operations from London, UK. This critical leadership role is designed for a dynamic professional who will oversee the maintenance, deployment, and overall optimization of Voi's e-scooter and e-bike fleets across the United Kingdom and Ireland. By combining cutting-edge fleet management solutions with lean operations strategies, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping sustainable urban transport.
Key Responsibilities & Job Requirements
As the Head of Fleet Management, you will be responsible for streamlining logistics and distribution management, optimizing supply chain processes, and managing a large team of local operations managers and mechanics. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Proven Experience: At least 5 to 7 years in fleet management solutions, urban logistics, or high-volume operations management.
- Leadership: Strong track record of building and managing high-performing operational teams across multiple geographic locations.
- Technical Savvy: Experience working with supply chain management software and data-driven optimization tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Familiarity with Lean operations strategy or a Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills; fluency in English is mandatory. German or Arabic language skills are a valuable asset for cross-regional collaboration.
