This pivotal role bridges complex supply chain management software solutions, cloud technology integrations, and strategic operations management training to deliver end-to-end business transformations.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

As an Oracle ERP Delivery Lead, you will guide cross-functional teams through the entire lifecycle of ERP implementation services. This includes managing scope, mitigating risks, and collaborating directly with enterprise clients to align technology with lean operations strategy.

• Technical expertise: Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex Oracle ERP Cloud implementations (Financials, Procurement, or Supply Chain).
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar delivery portfolios and leading offshore/onshore teams.
• Methodology: Strong familiarity with hybrid agile frameworks and business process outsourcing practices.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Operations, or a related field; PMP certification or Six Sigma Black Belt is highly desirable.
