Candidate Requirements
- Certification: Valid PMI PMP certification is mandatory (leveraging proven PMP certification salary impact and industry recognition).
- Experience: 8+ years of project leadership experience in regulated industries (Medical Devices, Pharma, or Healthcare).
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management.
- Skills: Fluent in English (oral and written); German skills are highly preferred for local stakeholder collaboration in Zuchwil.
