Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
As the Regional Fleet Manager (Regionaler Fuhrparkmanager / مدير أسطول المنطقة), you will oversee fleet maintenance, operational efficiency, cost management, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with branch managers and logistics leads to maximize asset utilization while keeping downtime minimal.
- Manage regional fleet lifecycle strategy, logistics, and capital expenditure planning.
- Implement Lean Operations Strategy and optimize fleet management solutions across branches.
- Monitor asset health, regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA), and safety standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams in leveraging enterprise ERP software for predictive maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in fleet management, logistics, or heavy equipment distribution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong expertise in fleet management software, ERP implementation, and Six Sigma or Lean methodology.
- Communication: Strong leadership skills in English; conversational German or Arabic is a plus for international stakeholder coordination.
