Artemis Security is expanding its global Managed Detection and Response (MDR) operations and looking for a skilled Remote Senior Security Analyst to join their Australian team. Role Overview & Responsibilities
In this position, you will act as a frontline defender, executing threat hunting and orchestrating rapid incident response for enterprise clients.
- Investigating high-priority security alerts and leading threat triage.
- Building custom detection rules and optimizing SOAR and SIEM workflows.
- Conducting proactive threat hunting using advanced EDR and NDR tools.
- Delivering clear, actionable remediation advice to client security teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: At least 4–5 years in a SOC, Managed Detection and Response (MDR), or Incident Response environment.
- Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Splunk, or similar enterprise security tooling.
- Certifications: CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, or equivalent credentials preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German or Arabic is a strong bonus.
