As Fleet Manager, you will manage depot teams, execute continuous improvement strategies, and utilize advanced logistics and ERP systems to maintain high fleet availability.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years in rail fleet management, depot operations, or rolling stock maintenance.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of Lean operations, preventative maintenance software, and supply chain management.
- Languages: Strong command of English and Arabic. Working knowledge of German or French is a bonus.
