Job Overview & Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Associate, you will support European client operations by managing order fulfillment, tracking shipments, and coordinating directly with German-speaking vendors.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes using enterprise software and ERP implementation services.
- Communicate effectively with international logistics partners and suppliers in German-speaking markets.
- Track inventory levels, analyze supply chain data, and assist with fleet management solutions.
- Apply lean operations strategy concepts to optimize workflows and reduce cycle times.
Job Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Advanced fluency in German (B2/C1 level or higher) along with strong professional English skills.
- Education: Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in customer service, logistics management, or business process outsourcing (BPO).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of logistics software, SAP, or Microsoft Office tools.
- Certifications: Knowledge of Six Sigma Black Belt certification principles or operations management training is a major plus.
