Process Development Center (PDC) is expanding its core enterprise team in Cairo, Egypt. We are actively seeking a skilled Senior ERP Application Consultant to direct system deployments, streamline supply chain workflows, and guide strategic transformations for enterprise clients.
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will work directly with corporate clients across various sectors to analyze operational requirements, design tailored system configurations, and manage full-lifecycle enterprise deployments. You will combine technical expertise in Supply Chain Management Software and Business Process Outsourcing with proven project frameworks to drive operational efficiency.
- Lead client discovery sessions to map out operational requirements and configure ERP system modules accordingly.
- Oversee end-to-end ERP implementation services, ensuring deliverables align with Lean Operations Strategy principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, logistics managers, and executive leadership.
- Deliver comprehensive user training, post-go-live support, and ongoing system optimization.
Candidate Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ERP application consulting and technical integration.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software architectures and Supply Chain Management Software.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills; holding a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or PMP is a major advantage.
- Fluent in English; working knowledge of Arabic or German is desirable for regional client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to handle client relationships and resolve complex deployment challenges.
