As a web developer in our company you will be responsible for all development
activities starting from understanding the requirement until the bug fixing and
work deployment. And the compliance with company processes and procedures during
different software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
•Understand the client requirements
•Estimate project WBS elements
•Put the system architecture and DB design
•Distribute tasks over team members
•Review the approved design
•Coding
•Conduct code reviews
•Do bug fixing
•Follow up team members progress in their tasks and provide support
•Investigate technical issues and find solutions
•Participating in problem resolution sessions
•Coaching to newcomers and mentoring to junior developers

Skills & Specs:
•3+ years of .NET (C#) /ASP.Net experience.
•In Depth technical knowledge of .Net framework 3.5 .
•Solid Object Oriented analysis, design and coding experience.
•Excellent awareness of the whole SDLC and Project Life Cycle.
•Excellent knowledge in SQL Server 2005.
•Experience in HTML/DHTML, JavaScript
•Experience in n-tiers applications
•Ability to share and innovate in the company software development methodology
improvement.
•Good knowledge in using and creating UML diagrams
•Detailed oriented.
•Microsoft Certification is a plus.
•SharePoint is a plus.
•Excellent communication skills.
•WWF (Windows Work Flow Foundation).
•WPF/WCF is a plus.
•JQuery is a plus.
•Team Foundation Server installation and configuration is a big plus.
•Good knowledge about CMMI is a plus

3-Software Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
•Preparing generic and specific test plans for different products
•Create and review test cases for each project
•Identifying, reporting, and follow up found bugs using the company bug tracking
system
•Analyzing and documenting test results
•Follow up and assure meeting the customer requirements through RTM
•Participating in problem resolution sessions
•Introducing and sharing testing methods with the product development team
•Generating customized quality reports upon request
•Coaching to newcomers and mentoring to Junior Testers
•Reporting task progress and issues to the project manager
Skills & Specs:
•Good knowledge and experience about quality concepts and standards
•Analytical and mathematical skills are very important
•Good knowledge about defect lifecycle, and testing procedures
•Upper-intermediate spoken and written English, technical writing is obligatory
•Minimum 2 years experience in testing web applications
•Problem solver with a positive attitude and ability to interact with the team
•Ability to work under stress and extra hours to achieve projects deadline

4- Web Designer:
•Minimum of 2 years of web design and development experience is required.
•Front-end and some back-end development experience. More important is the
experience of seamless integration of front- to back-end functionality.
•Practical experience in development of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, graphics creation
with Photoshop, Illustrator, (Adobe Creative Suite), multimedia creation with
Flash, Action Script, (Macromedia Studio).
•Responsible for the design and development of web pages, graphics.
•Coordinating with programmers for specialized scripts
•JQuery is a plus
•Excellent written and oral communication skills.

5-Sales Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
Direct the overall sales operations in assigned area of responsibility
Plan Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Activities.
Initiate sales calls and generate leads
Conduct presentations
Write sales reports
Achieve sales target with specified gross margin contribution.
Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
Negotiating and closing sales
Identify resale opportunities, and support them to achieve sales plans.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in selling software - websites 3
Knowledge of the sales cycle
Superb presentation and interpersonal skills
Participation in regional and national conferences and trade shows
