Taya IT is seeking full time, talented, passionate R&D Engineer who has hands on Experience with various aspects of AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and Open Source Research Projects.
The Role:
You are a talented, creative and motivated Engineer who will focus on researching, and developing core components that will power Taya IT Online portals, products, Mobile Applications and Enterprise Projects.
Responsibilities:
Play basic role in deciding on the direction of the research for the company
Coordinate with peer team and senior management on designing and implementing new innovative ideas
Enhancing and Improving Current built components of R&D Team.
Conducts feasibility studies to verify capability and functionality for specific ideas.
Researching and doing innovative initiatives for new ideas to support our products.
Investigates and evaluates existing technologies.
100% of your time doing Research and development tasks
Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Extensive programming and scripting experience. Especially JAVA, C#, and C++.
Knowledgeable in AI, Machine Learning, NLP and information retrieval.
Experience in distributed computing, information retrieval, data mining, and Semantic Web is a plus.
Knowledge of the following tools is a plus:
oLucene
oSOLR
oHadoop
oWEKA
oMahout.
Ability to learn new things, quickly.
Ability to “get things done”, independently or by working with a team.
BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
