The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving of Top & Bottom-line targets in line with J&J Egypt sales targets and through the effective management of the 4 Channel Managers and their distributors (Modern Trade, Wholesale, Retail and Pharmacies). In partnership with the Marketing, Business Development & Shopper Marketing teams, the Sales Manager will build sales plans bottom up and execute in-market plans by managing, directing, training, coaching and assisting the assigned distributors (Partners). The Sales Manager will set quarterly and annual sales goals, develop the distribution channels, build strategic business relationships and provide vision for all 4 Sales Channels (Modern Trade, Wholesales, Retail and Pharmacies).
Job Requirements
•B.A (in related disciple)
•12-14 years sales experience, 4-5 years in a managerial role.
•FMCG experience is a MUST as well as having worked in at least 2 of the 4 sales channels (Modern Trade, Wholesales, Retail and Pharmacies).
