Description:
The candidate should be able to perform all aspects of the development tasks,
including front-end, back-end, and database development. Specific
responsibilities of the candidate will include:
� Developing and maintaining software applications especially (Web applications
and Data Driven applications).
� Designing software solutions to meet the customer needs and to be durable and
maintainable.
� Working with clients and review panels to identify recommendations for the
appropriate technical, business and human factors solutions.
� Promoting a collaborative work environment with team members and customers,
providing task analysis and technical insight to help develop and deliver the
needed capabilities.
� Leading staff in defining and tracking project requirements, plans, and
schedules.
� Leading program reviews as necessary.
� Giving presentations and demos.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science or Computer Engineering with at least 5
years of hands on experience in web development.
� Must have deep expertise in various web applications development using AJAX,
HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL, UML, .NET.
� Strong problem solving and analytical abilities are required.
� Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a deadline driven environment.
� Ability to work successfully both independently and in a team setting
� Excellent understanding of database modeling
� Excellent Software Development Lifecycle
� Excellent analytical skills
� Creative problem-solving skills and an ability to apply business logic to
development requirements
� Strong knowledge of database and information architecture, with web
application integration
� Cross-browser/platform experience
� Experience working with, designing and developing Content Management Systems
� Needs to be detail-oriented, resourceful, and work well under pressure
� Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential
Technical Skills:
� Object Oriented Analysis & Design, UML.
� C# .NET, VB .NET, ASP.NET, ADO .NET, LINQ, Web Services, and WCF.
� ASP.NET AJAX, Java script, CSS, XML, XPath, XSLT.
� MS SQL Server (2000, 2005, 2008), MS Access.
� VSTS & TFS, VSS.
� Crystal Reports, Microsoft Reports.
� Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio.
� SharePoint and WWF will be a plus.
� Active Directory Programming will be a Plus.
