We are seeking a Technical Support guy with 1-2 years experience with the following responsibilities:
Installing and administrating Windows Servers (2000, 2003).
Implementing, and administrating computer networks.
Identify hardware, software and user issues.
Interacts with programmers, business users and software vendors to troubleshoot installation and implementation issues.
Provide technical support and maintenance of installed applications software and handle multiple technical issues in an organized and competent manner.
Work from a helpdesk, providing resolution via phone and/or remote control software.
Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
Work and communicate with external and internal staff at all levels.
