Marketing and Sales
Key Responsibility
You will be responsible for creating a marketing strategy that includes creative and cost effective campaigns and ideas that help increase our sales, market share and brand profile whilst reflecting the company's reputation as a pioneering Islamic/British Fashion Label. We think outside the box, we inspire and innovate from the drawing board to the billboard so you will have to do the same.
Key Result Areas
Develop and implement an online/web based marketing strategy to increase sales, new customers and brand profile.
Develop and implement a ground marketing strategy to increase sales, store visitation and brand profile.
Network with organisations and individuals that are key trend setters and popular to our core customer base
Support Sales team on implementing their strategy
Core Skills
3+ years experience in marketing and sales with track record of developing and executing creative and cost effective marketing campaigns.
Must be enthusiastic about fasion, design and creative work. Attention to detail, good analytical and problem solving skills and an attitude for beating targets and constantly evolving good ideas and strengths.
A keen interest in the growing opportunities for online marketing such as Social Networking sites, Blogs, forums etc.
Excellent communication skills (including Englis language skills), French language is a bonus
Creative Arabic Marketing language is essential
Good Experience in dealing with foreigners.
Good time management
Good task management and organisational skills
Must be Graduate.
A confident, professional and polite personality with strong netowrking, research and negotiating skills
